Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and highly accountable Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and publishing workflows, with the ability to consistently deliver engaging content ideas and ensure timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms as per approved content calendars.
- Ensure all content is published accurately and on time.
- Develop fresh, creative, and platform-specific content ideas for multiple brands.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand engagement.
- Track content performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Take ownership of assigned brands and ensure smooth day-to-day social media operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Metricool etc would be an advantage.
- Understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media best practices.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
