We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Developer to join our team and help optimize, design, and maintain high-performance database solutions.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server development.
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Analyze and improve database performance, indexing, and query execution plans.
- Troubleshoot deadlocks, blocking issues, and database bottlenecks.
- Design scalable database structures and maintain data integrity.
- Work closely with .NET developers to support application development.
- Create and maintain database documentation and deployment scripts.
- Perform database monitoring, maintenance, backup, and recovery operations.
- Participate in database architecture and performance review discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
- Advanced knowledge of Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and Indexing.
- Experience with Query Optimisation and Performance Tuning.
- Strong understanding of Execution Plans, Statistics, and SQL Server Internals.
- Experience in handling large databases and high-volume transactions.
- Knowledge of Database Security and Backup Strategies.
- Familiarity with SSMS, SQL Profiler, and Performance Monitoring Tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with .NET / .NET Core applications.
- Knowledge of SSIS, SQL Agent Jobs, and Database Migration.
- Experience in Fintech, Recharge, BBPS, Banking, or Payment Systems.
