Job Summary
Dermalist is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, recruitment, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to maintain a positive workplace culture. HR Executive roles typically cover recruitment, onboarding, employee records, policy implementation, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. ● Create and publish job openings on relevant platforms. ● Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and schedule interviews. ● Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements. ● Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation ● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documents. ● Conduct joining formalities and employee induction. ● Maintain employee records and HR databases . ● Ensure proper documentation of employee files.
3. Attendance & Leave Management ● Monitor daily attendance, late coming, and absenteeism. ● Maintain leave records and approval processes. ● Coordinate with employees regarding attendance-related concerns. ● Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
4. Payroll & HR Operations Support ● Assist in payroll processing and salary-related documentation. ● Maintain employee salary records and HR reports. ● Coordinate with finance teams for payroll inputs. ● Support statutory compliance activities.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement ● Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. ● Support employee engagement activities and company initiatives. ● Maintain confidentiality of employee information. ● Promote a positive and professional work environment.
6. Performance Management ● Assist in performance appraisal processes. ● Maintain appraisal records and feedback documentation. ● Support managers in employee performance tracking.
7. HR Policies & Compliance ● Implement HR policies and procedures. ● Ensure employees follow company rules and guidelines. ● Assist in preparing HR notices, agreements, and internal communications. ● Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ● 1–3 years of experience in HR operations preferred. ● Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management processes . ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ● Ability to handle confidential information. ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Experience ● Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or retail industry will be an added advantage. ● Knowledge of HRMS software and attendance management systems. ● Experience handling employee documentation and compliance.
