Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth & Targets
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive revenue across retail, wholesale, and B2B segments
- Identify new business opportunities and channels
2. Team Management
- Hire, train, and manage field sales executives
- Set targets and track daily performance
- Motivate team and ensure accountability
3. Distribution Expansion
- Appoint new distributors and dealers
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Ensure product availability across key markets
4. Market Execution
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends
- Ensure strong product visibility in stores
- Work on schemes, offers, and push strategies
5. Reporting & Strategy
- Track sales data, collections, and pipeline
- Share weekly and monthly reports with management
- Suggest strategies to improve sales performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years experience in sales (FMCG / retail / distribution preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable with field work and travel
Bonus (Strong Advantage)
- Experience in building distribution from scratch
- Existing network of dealers / distributors
- Experience in seasonal or product-based businesses
