We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI / Agentic AI Developer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Now Assist, Agentic AI, and ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience building intelligent automation solutions, AI agents, and integrating AI capabilities across the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI / LLM / Generative AI technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering, Now Assist Skills, and RAG-based implementations.
- Proven expertise in building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
- Experience with MCP Server Architecture and AI integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Claude Skills and Connector Development.
- Strong experience integrating AI capabilities with ServiceNow Workspaces, Portals, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, Authentication/Authorization, and System Design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
