Job Description:-
- Handling a team and making the RM's justifying their CTC,
- Will be involved in for Development of Business, Revenue Generation, new customer Acquisition & Retention for smooth operations and risk control in the branches.
- Taking initiatives to activate the dead and inactive client to improve the branch productivity,
- Cross selling of other financial products like PMS, mutual fund and insurance has also been initiated. Also helping in acquiring new business partner and also making the inactive partners active who are not active because of service issue,
- Establishing the branch and making sure it reaches the revenue mark allotted.
Graduation is mandatory
Should be aggressive and have good knowledge about the market, Excellent Communication Skills,
Should have an experience of minimum 6 months in the same, Highly timed and service oriented person, proactive and a go-getter,
Age Preferably: 28 – 36 years,
Languages known: Local+English+Hindi,plus a few more, will be an added advantage,
Qualifications: Preferably Post Graduate or any further professional degrees,
NCFM: Any of the following –Derivatives, Capital Market, Dealers Module +anymore will be added advantage
Should have had experience in handling a team size of at-least 8 to 20 reporting to him/her
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
