Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive civil site engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality control, and ensure project execution is as per the approved designs and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, hands-on experience in site execution, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure that work is progressing as per schedule.Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications and ensure on-site implementation. Coordinate with contractors, labor, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards at the construction site. Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and maintain project documentation. Monitor resources like manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently. Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting on-site challenges.Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients. Ensure that construction work is carried out as per design and contract specifications.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.Proven experience (2+ years) as a Site Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage site challenges effectively.Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in precast concrete construction or infrastructure projects.Knowledge of ERP software or site management systems.Certification in safety or project management is a plus.
