Job Title: Inventory & Store Executive (Kitchen Operations)
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Store Executive to manage the day-to-day inventory operations at our kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure that all ingredients, packaging materials, and consumables are available at the right time and in the right quantity, while minimizing wastage and maintaining accurate stock records.
Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate stock records for all raw materials, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and kitchen consumables.
* Update stock movements (stock in, stock out, wastage, returns, etc.) daily.
* Conduct daily physical stock verification and reconcile with inventory records.
* Perform weekly and monthly stock audits.
Daily Stock Monitoring
* Share a daily stock status report with the management team.
* Highlight items that are running low before they become critical.
* Maintain minimum and reorder stock levels for every item.
* Forecast upcoming stock requirements based on production plans and pending orders.
Procurement Coordination
* Raise purchase requests well in advance.
* Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
* Coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
* Verify delivered quantities and quality before accepting materials.
Stock Rotation & Storage
* Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
* Ensure older stock is consumed before newer stock.
* Monitor expiry dates and report near-expiry items.
* Organize storage areas neatly for easy identification and retrieval.
Material Issuance
* Issue ingredients and materials to the kitchen based on production requirements.
* Maintain records of all material issued.
* Track excess consumption and investigate unusual variances.
Loss Prevention
* Minimize wastage through proper inventory control.
* Report damaged, expired, or missing stock immediately.
* Suggest improvements to reduce inventory losses.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain:
* Daily stock report
* Reorder list
* Stock consumption report
* Wastage report
* Expiry tracker
* Monthly inventory summary
Hygiene & Compliance
* Ensure storage areas remain clean, organized, and pest-free.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards while handling inventory.
* Label all stock correctly with receiving dates and expiry dates where applicable.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who is proactive, dependable, and takes ownership of inventory. They should anticipate stock requirements, maintain an organized store, ensure older stock is used first, and provide management with daily updates so production is never affected due to stock shortages.
- This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the kitchen by making sure the right ingredients and materials are always available when needed.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
