Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive/Manager to help us generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and bring new projects to the studio. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other channels to identify and connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other channels
- Identify startups, agencies, and businesses that may require branding, UI/UX, or website design services
- Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery calls
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with leads
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the design team during the sales process
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking records
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
- Familiarity with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus
- Ability to write professional messages and proposals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic understanding of branding, websites, UI/UX, or digital services is preferred
