URGENT HIRING – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (2 Positions)
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (Depending on experience and knowledge) Interview Days: Wednesday to Saturday Only
Transportation Facility Available from Bopal
Experience Required:
* 1–5 Years
* Food, Pharma, or Chemical Industry Experience Mandatory
* Spray Dryer Knowledge Must
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare RM, PM, and FG variance reports.
* Minimize RM & PM losses during production.
* Improve existing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
* Reduce wastage during plant startup, changeovers, and breakdowns.
* Verify CCPs such as Sieves, Filters, and Metal Detectors while maintaining required documentation.
* Ensure recipe compliance as per standard parameters.
* Maintain quality standards including PQS, FSSC, 5S, and Kaizen.
* Handle operators and food handlers to manage production and maintenance activities.
* Monitor and analyze the quality of packed products and raw materials.
* Achieve monthly production targets through effective team leadership.
* Conduct GMP and Food Safety training programs for employees.
* Plan preventive maintenance activities to improve machine efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to all safety programs and procedures.
