- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Looking into staff needs .
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- preparing for performance and wage reviews.
- Managing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Able to generate reports as and when required
- Prepare engaging presentations for the requirement of HR needs
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Any Human resources degree passed out from any reputed institutions.
- Experience of working in HR department for 3 or more years
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in working with human relations department in a company with 100 plus resources.
- Good Communication in English, Hindi conversing would be added advantage.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
