As an AE Manager, you will play an important role in fueling Lambdatest’s growth through new Logo Acquisition. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, helping them to develop their skills and deliver on their ambitious targets, as well as roll your sleeves up to work directly with customers. We are looking for a driven sales leader/ mentor who has proven success in rapidly changing, high-growth environments, managing a rapid run-rate in business. And solves problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience managing a Hi-Tech enabled sales team, and possess first-class analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
