Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to promote our Forex trading products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing traders, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the Forex and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients interested in Forex trading or Learning about the market
- Promote Forex trading to potential customers
- Convert leads through calls, meetings, emails, and online channels
- Educate clients about Forex market basics, trading platforms, and company offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with the support and compliance teams to ensure smooth on-boarding
- Keep up to date with Forex market trends, products, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate client data and sales reports in sheets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field like BBA , B. tech, Finance, Marketing, or a related field(preferred)
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work under targets
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
