Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our business in the LATAM (Latin America) and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) regions. The ideal candidate should have strong international sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM and CIS markets.
- Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations with prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or International Sales.
- Experience handling LATAM and/or CIS markets is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- International B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with clients across different time zones.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
