Facility/Housekeeping Manager (Exp. Min. 02 - 03 Years)
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities including Room cleaning, public area upkeeps, Canteen & outside Gangways & Premises of Company.
- Supervise and coordinate Shop floor Housekeeping and make sure all gangways and floor should be nit and clean.
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping of all front offices desk, Managers cabins, Meeting rooms, Conference room, Lift, Staircase & Kitchen Rooms.
- Supervise Housekeeping of Security Rooms, Rest rooms.
- Supervise & Ensure Proper Cutting, trimming & maintenance of Garden.
- Supervise & Coordinate RO unit, Water Filter cleaning.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Responds promptly to guest complaints and requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and hygiene standards.
- Train, schedule and evaluate housekeeping employees.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and equipments.
- Order supplies as necessary while staying within budget.
- Maintain records of housekeeping, inspections, and inventory.
- Prepare reports for management regarding housekeeping performance
- Coordinate with Admin department, Front office and Maintenance Team.
