Key Responsibilities
- Assist operators, technicians, and supervisors with daily work activities.
- Load, unload, move, and arrange materials and products.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Support machine operation and production processes as instructed.
- Pack, label, and transport finished goods.
- Assist in basic maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work procedures.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
Qualifications
- High School (10th/12th) or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience as a helper, laborer, or production assistant is an advantage but not always required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
