About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Copywriter with 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create compelling communication across digital, print, social media, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and write impactful copy for integrated campaigns.
- Create copy for social media, print ads, websites, brochures, and outdoor campaigns.
- Write taglines, headlines, campaign slogans, scripts, captions, and brand communication materials.
- Create catchy headlines, taglines, slogans, scripts, and long-form content.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Account Managers to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- Translate client briefs into engaging and effective communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all touchpoints.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop relevant and insightful content.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, digital platforms, and consumer behavior.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across digital and traditional media.
- Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to think conceptually and convert ideas into compelling brand stories.
- Experience in scriptwriting for digital films, reels, and promotional videos will be an advantage.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on FMCG, retail, lifestyle, corporate, or real estate brands.
Location: Work from Office – Sector 15, Gurugram.
