Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and coordination tasks
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Manage calls, emails, and basic client communication
- Support HR and accounts with basic administrative work
- Coordinate with field teams and internal departments
- Monitor office supplies and handle basic procurement
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining data
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree or Diploma
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in office administration or coordination
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
