Role Overview
We are looking for experienced IT support professionals to manage end-user issues, ensure system stability, and deliver timely resolutions in a service desk environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with enterprise tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle user queries through calls, chat, and email channels
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, operating systems, and applications
- Manage incident tickets using ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Perform user and access management through Active Directory
- Support email-related issues via MS Outlook and Office 365
- Assist with basic virtualization issues, including VMware environments
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate teams
Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support / Service Desk
- Educational qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (IT preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to Active Directory, ServiceNow, MS Outlook
- Working knowledge of VMware and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with incident management and ITIL practices
- Strong communication skills and customer handling ability
- Open to rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
