Location : Matunga
Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site project execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress as per project schedule and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for timely completion of work.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding project requirements.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure minimal project delays.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Identify and report safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Material & Resource Management
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Verify material quality and quantity received at the site.
- Maintain records of material consumption and site inventory.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and project documentation.
- Prepare measurement sheets and coordinate billing-related activities.
- Keep records of inspections, approvals, and project updates.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
