Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head / HR Leader to lead the complete HR function for global and multi-location projects. The role will be responsible for building and implementing HR strategies, managing the complete employee lifecycle, driving talent acquisition and employee engagement, ensuring statutory and labour-law compliance, and supporting organizational growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, Indian labour laws, statutory compliances, employee relations, HR documentation, performance management, and organizational development. The candidate should also be comfortable working closely with senior leadership and managing confidential employee and business information.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Build scalable HR policies, processes, systems, and frameworks for a growing organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while ensuring effective delivery of HR operations.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to separation, including employee documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exit processes.
- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent across locations.
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Performance Management, Engagement & Development
- Design and manage effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Identify learning and development needs and implement appropriate training and capability-building programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Compliance, Labour Laws & Documentation
- Ensure complete and timely compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, statutory requirements, and HR policies across relevant locations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory HR compliances, employment regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
- Establish appropriate HR compliance processes, documentation, records, registers, and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, and relevant authorities whenever required for HR and employment-related matters.
- Draft, implement, maintain, and periodically review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, HR policies, undertakings, and other employment-related documentation.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, and company information-security requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation relating to employee records, disciplinary matters, grievances, exits, and other sensitive HR matters.
- Ensure appropriate handling of confidential employee and business information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Employee Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a positive, ethical, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent qualification.
- 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with experience in HR leadership or senior HR management roles.
- Experience in global, multi-location, consulting, technology, or fast-growing organizations will be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing NDAs, employment agreements, HR policies, and other employee documentation.
- Strong understanding of HRMS, HR analytics, automation, and emerging AI-based HR technologies.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
