Skills
- Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, CBAP, ECBA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Draw.io, or similar.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong business process modeling and workflow design expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User
Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful
project delivery.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be
preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in project coordination and client interaction.
- Understanding of databases, APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
