About the Role-
MetaBlock Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Performance Manager to oversee and improve the performance of the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for tracking sales metrics, optimizing sales processes, managing team performance, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. You will work closely with the international sales team handling IT services such as software development, websites, mobile apps, and game development.
Key Responsibilities-
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Track leads, conversions, and revenue metrics
Set sales targets and ensure team achieves goals
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Identify gaps and improve sales strategies
Train and guide sales team for better performance
Manage CRM data and ensure proper follow-ups
Coordinate with management for sales planning
Eligibility / Qualification-
Graduation in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field
MBA in Sales / Marketing (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Sales / Sales Management
Requirements-
Experience in IT sales and team handling
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with CRM software
Good leadership and communication skills
