We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential issues or risks.
- Monitor project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and material usage.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies.
- Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
