Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (International Recruitment) to expand our global client network and generate new overseas recruitment business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying employers worldwide, establishing relationships with HR decision-makers, negotiating recruitment agreements, and securing continuous manpower requirements for the company.
The candidate should be highly skilled in using LinkedIn, online business directories, international job portals, industry databases, and networking platforms to generate qualified business leads and convert them into long-term recruitment clients. The role is focused on revenue generation through international client acquisition and account management.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Identify new overseas recruitment opportunities across GCC, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and other international markets.
- Research companies with continuous manpower requirements.
- Develop new international recruitment clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
- Build strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
- Secure Recruitment Service Agreements and Preferred Vendor Agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment contracts.
LinkedIn & Digital Lead Generation
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter for business development.
- Search for HR Directors, Recruitment Managers, CEOs, Operations Managers, and Procurement Heads.
- Send personalized outreach messages and schedule business meetings.
- Build a database of international employers and recruitment decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads from LinkedIn, company websites, and professional networking platforms.
International Market Research
- Monitor international labour market trends.
- Identify industries with high manpower demand.
- Research government infrastructure projects and expansion plans.
- Track hiring trends across sectors including:

Client Acquisition

- Convert prospects into active recruitment partners.
- Build long-term relationships with employers.
- Conduct online presentations explaining recruitment services.
- Follow up consistently until manpower requirements are secured.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Understand workforce planning requirements.
- Resolve client concerns professionally.
- Increase repeat recruitment orders.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate with recruitment teams after demand confirmation.
- Ensure timely CV submission.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Monitor selection progress.
- Coordinate documentation, visa processing, mobilization, and deployment.
- Ensure successful project completion.
Business Expansion
- Attend international business meetings.
- Participate in virtual networking events.
- Explore new countries and industries.
- Build strategic partnerships with overseas companies.
- Increase company visibility in international markets.
Reporting
Maintain weekly and monthly reports including:
- New companies identified

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
