As Team Lead Accounting, you will:

- Drive the financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data, providing insightful reports to management.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, providing financial guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.

Minimum & Preferred Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
