Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-primary curriculum planning and execution
- Guide and mentor teachers
- Ensure engaging and age-appropriate learning practices
- Conduct classroom observations and training sessions
- Coordinate with parents and manage student progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (leadership preferred)
- Strong communication and team management skills
