About the Role
Jayair System Private Limited is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Chargeable Sales Executive for its Chargeable Division. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through chargeable service sales, AMC contracts, repair quotations, spare parts sales, and customer coordination for HVAC/VRF systems.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a basic technical understanding of HVAC systems, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the service sales industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate chargeable business opportunities for HVAC/VRF service, repair, AMC, retrofit, and spare parts sales.
- Visit existing and potential customers for service-related business development.
- Prepare and submit repair quotations, AMC proposals, and service estimates.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for execution of chargeable jobs.
- Follow up with customers for quotation approvals, order confirmations, and payment collections.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for up gradation, replacement, and energy-saving solutions.
- Maintain daily sales reports, service records, and CRM updates.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Support the team in market surveys and competitor analysis.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC Engineering
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Electrical Engineering
MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- HVAC Service Sales
- Chargeable Sales
- Spare Parts Sales
- Air-conditioning Industry
- Customer Service Coordination
Required Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems
- Basic understanding of HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Customer handling and coordination skills
Software Skills
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- CRM Software
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred
