We are hiring Advisors (Customer Support Executives) to handle customer calls and queries for multiple clients. The role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain call quality and service standards.
- Update call details in the system/CRM.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Execellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer and typing knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
