Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from international markets
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Execute LinkedIn, email, and platform-based outreach
- Manage CRM and follow-up pipeline
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the founder
- Work on proposals, client communication, and deal follow-ups
- Build repeatable outbound systems
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of BDE/sales experience preferred
- IT services, web development, SaaS, digital agency, or software sales experience preferred
- Good English communication
- Understanding of LinkedIn lead generation, Upwork, cold outreach, or CRM is a plus
- Must be comfortable with targets and reporting
- Must work onsite in Ahmedabad
Compensation
- ₹30,000 to ₹50,000/month fixed, depending on experience, plus incentives on collected revenue.
