Senior Sales Manager – Sutures (Pharma)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales professional from the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry, specializing in sutures. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, proven sales experience in sutures, and well-established relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of sutures across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, doctors, and purchase teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Conduct regular market visits and stay updated on competitor activities
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and internal teams to ensure product availability
- Handle product positioning, demonstrations, and key account management
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights on pricing, demand, and product feedback
Key Requirements:
Qualification: B. Pharma (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in pharma/medical device sales with strong focus on sutures
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the sutures segment
- Strong network and relationships with:
- Surgeons
- Doctors
- Hospitals & institutional buyers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling surgical products or hospital consumables
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes
- Ability to independently manage territory and key accounts

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
