Human Resource Recruiter / Executive– Job Profile
We are looking for results-driven Human Resource Officers with a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent across diverse industries. Skilled in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals. Adept at using modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
