Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Social Media Manager to
lead the planning, execution, and management of social media activities
across multiple brands and clients. The ideal candidate should have
prior agency experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability
to manage teams while delivering creative, trend-driven campaigns that
align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Plan and oversee social media campaigns from ideation to execution andperformance analysis.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, video, and marketing teamsto ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars, publishing schedules, and contentworkflows.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommendoptimization strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, anddigital marketing best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketingobjectives.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams andclients for social media-related activities.
- Lead and mentor the social media team to ensure productivity, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign collaborations will be an added advantage.
