Position: Sales Executive – Sales & Business Development
Qualification: MBA (Preferred)
Preferred Background: Technical / Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial products/solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Business Development (Industrial/B2B preferred)
