About the Internship

This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to real-world HR processes while working closely with experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment drives.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Assist in preparing HR communications, policies, and internal documents.
- Monitor attendance and leave records and support payroll-related activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative HR ideas.
- Participate in organizational projects and special HR initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
