Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a positive attitude towards customer interaction and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
