Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple hiring channels
- Conduct HR interviews and candidate counselling sessions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement cells, and industry professionals
- Organize campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events
- Maintain a strong pipeline/database of quality candidates
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
- Use convincing and negotiation skills to improve offer acceptance rates
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent counselling and convincing skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring strategies
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
- Strong connections with colleges and industry hiring networks preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Proficiency in job portals and recruitment tools
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in bulk hiring/campus hiring is an advantage
- Confident personality with strong coordination skills
- Target-driven and proactive approach toward recruitment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
