Job Summary
Turtlemint Insurance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a minimum of 6 months of insurance industry knowledge or experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Generate new business through customer interactions and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and cross-selling.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Freshers can apply only if they have a minimum of 6 months of insurance knowledge
- Experienced candidates are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
Salary & Benefits
