About the Role
Indian Book of Records is looking for energetic and career-oriented fresh graduates who are passionate about AI, automation, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and content publishing.
- Learn and work with AI-powered marketing tools.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n and other automation tools.
- Support SEO activities, keyword research, and website updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with different teams on marketing and automation projects.
- Keep up with the latest AI, automation, and digital marketing trends.
Eligibility
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BA, B.Sc, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Interest in AI, automation, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Training & Benefits
- Training Duration: 6 Months
- Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 during the training period.

- Experience Certificate upon successful completion of the 6-month training program.
Career Growth Opportunity
At the end of the 6-month training period, candidates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong performance, dedication, and learning ability will be considered for a full-time Automation & Digital Marketing Associate position at Indian Book of Records.
Selected candidates will be offered a fixed annual salary package ranging from ₹2,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 (CTC), along with opportunities for career growth, skill development, and future performance-based salary increments.
