Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Works with 9–10 years of experience in the construction and interior fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site coordination, contractor management, quality, timelines, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete fit-out and construction projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise civil, interior, finishing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, ceiling, painting and related fit-out works.
- Review and understand architectural, structural, MEP and GFC drawings.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, quality and timelines.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project costing, measurements, billing, variations and material consumption.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct inspections, snagging and ensure timely project handover.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Construction Projects.
- Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Strong site execution and project coordination skills.
- Good contractor and vendor management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and project management tools will be preferred.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
Preferred: Candidates from construction companies with strong experience in commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality or turnkey fit-out projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
