Position: Senior Site Engineer
Experience: 5–8 years
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on experience and project exposure

Current Work Location: Telangana (for approx 2 years)
Location Requirement:
This is a full-time role with Logic Design + Build. For the current assignment, the selected candidate will be based at our Telangana project site for approximately the next two years. After the current assignment, the candidate should be open to relocation to other project locations across India, based on future project requirements.
We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Senior Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and interior works at site.
Execute work as per approved architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings.
Monitor quality, measurements, workmanship, safety, and site progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Handle site planning, material tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Verify quantities, measurements, DPRs, RA bills, and work completion records.
Supervise and guide junior site engineers and site staff.
Identify site issues, delays, and drawing clashes and ensure timely resolution.
Support inspections, snag closure, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in site execution.
Experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, or turnkey interior projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil execution, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read architectural, structural, interior, and services drawings.
Good communication, reporting, and contractor management skills.
Willingness to work at Telangana project site for 2 years and relocate across India if required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
