Job Title: Project Manager – Road ConstructionJob Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced, honest, and dedicated Civil Engineer (Project Manager) to oversee and manage multiple road construction projects simultaneously. The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete execution, supervision, and successful delivery of 7–8 project sites while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and transparency in all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise 7–8 road construction sites simultaneously.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all construction activities from start to completion.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor material procurement, equipment utilization, and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Prevent delays, cost overruns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain complete honesty, integrity, and accountability while handling company resources and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in road construction project management.
- Proven experience in handling multiple construction sites simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of road construction methodologies, project planning, billing, estimation, and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software is preferred.
