Job Description:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor (Fresher/Experienced) to manage daily shop floor operations and ensure production targets are met on time with required quality standards. The role includes supervising workers, monitoring machine performance, maintaining production records, and coordinating with other departments. The candidate will be responsible for minimizing downtime, ensuring proper use of materials, maintaining discipline, and following safety procedures
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
- Monitor machine performance and workforce productivity
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and attendance
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments
- Maintain production reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Fresher & Experienced can apply
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good observation skills
- Diploma / Graduate preferred (Mechanical Engineering)
- Willing to work on shop floor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
