We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales cum Marketing Executive to join our Roofing Materials Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom visitors, driving field sales, and connecting with contractors, architects, builders, and direct customers to boost business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom & Direct Sales: Greet showroom walk-ins, understand their requirements, explain roofing product specifications, and convert leads into sales.
Field Marketing & B2B Leads: Identify and visit ongoing construction sites, meet contractors, engineers, builders, and architects to secure orders.
Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare estimates/quotations for clients and negotiate deals effectively to close sales.
Market Feedback: Stay updated on competitor pricing, market trends, and new roofing material demands.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients for repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Experience in Building materials, Roofing sheets, Hardware, or Construction industry preferred). Education: Any Degree or Diploma. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage). Good customer relationship-building ability. License Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license (two-wheeler).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
