About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive/Manager to join our growing IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth for our IT services portfolio. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for SEO, PHP Development, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and other IT services.
- Identify new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, project estimates, and pricing documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Services Sales.
- Good understanding of SEO, PHP, Web Technologies, Digital Marketing, and IT Solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and prospecting tools such as Upwork, Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Experience in proposal writing, costing, client handling, and sales documentation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling custom software development, web development, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
