Job Title: Civil Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and ambitious Civil Engineer who has independently managed construction or interior fit-out projects and can confidently handle on-site execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to manage project challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently supervise and execute civil construction projects.
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
· Monitor quality, timelines, and site safety standards.
· Handle on-site issues, labor shortages, and project-related challenges efficiently.
· Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
· Maintain project documentation, site reports, and progress updates.
· Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
· 1–4 years of relevant site execution experience.
· Experience handling projects independently from start to completion.
· Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Professional personality with strong leadership qualities.
· Ability to work under pressure and resolve site-related crises.
· Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
· Self-driven and proactive.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Comfortable managing labor teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
· Willing to travel within project locations as required.
