Job Purpose
To manage and oversee all administrative functions of the Food Park, ensuring smooth facility operations, statutory compliance, vendor management, security, housekeeping, transport, guest relations, infrastructure maintenance, and support services for efficient business operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Administration Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Food Park and manufacturing facility.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office administration and plant support services.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls.
- Maintain a professional and productive workplace environment.
- Coordinate administrative requirements of all departments.
2. Facility Management
- Manage upkeep and maintenance of:
- Administrative offices
- Common infrastructure
- Canteen facilities
- Guest houses
- Parking areas
- Internal roads
- Conference and meeting rooms
- Ensure uninterrupted facility services and infrastructure support.
- Coordinate civil and infrastructure maintenance activities.
3. Security Management
- Supervise security operations across the Food Park.
- Ensure proper visitor management and access control systems.
- Monitor deployment of security personnel and agency performance.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure protection of company assets and property.
4. Housekeeping & Hygiene Management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across the plant and common areas.
- Manage housekeeping contractors and service providers.
- Conduct periodic inspections of facilities.
- Ensure compliance with food industry hygiene requirements.
5. Transport & Vehicle Management
- Manage company vehicles, staff transportation, and logistics support.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees, guests, auditors, and management.
- Maintain vehicle records, insurance, permits, and compliance documentation.
6. Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage administrative service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments in coordination with Finance.
7. Statutory Compliance & Liaison
- Ensure compliance with local administrative and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain licenses, approvals, permits, and compliance records.
- Support factory compliance and audit requirements.
8. Guest House & Hospitality Management
- Oversee guest house operations and visitor accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate hospitality services for:
- Customers
- Auditors
- Government officials
- Business partners
- Ensure high standards of guest experience and facility management.
9. Event & Meeting Coordination
- Organize official events, celebrations, conferences, and management meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for plant visits, audits, and delegation visits.
- Ensure proper arrangements for training programs and corporate events.
10. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage the annual administration budget.
- Monitor administrative expenses and optimize costs.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and services.
- Track budget utilization and report variances.
11. Team Management
- Lead and supervise administration, reception, security, housekeeping, transport, and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee development activities.
- Ensure discipline, efficiency, and service excellence within the department.
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
12. Audit & Documentation
- Maintain all administrative records and documentation.
- Support internal, customer, statutory, and certification audits.
- Ensure proper record keeping of contracts, licenses, vendor agreements, and facility records.
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in administration and facility management within manufacturing plants or food parks.
- Proven ability to manage large facilities, multiple vendors, and support functions.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, security systems, and industrial administration practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
