Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with hands-on experience in Delcam software and Mitsubishi controller for VMC machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify VMC programs using Delcam software.
- Program VMC machines as per engineering drawings and machining requirements.
- Operate and program VMC machines with Mitsubishi controller.
- Understand engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.
- Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Optimize VMC programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Conduct program prove-out and make necessary program corrections.
- Troubleshoot VMC programming and machining issues.
- Ensure component quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in VMC programming.
- Delcam software experience is mandatory.
- Mitsubishi controller experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of VMC machining processes and cutting tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Tool Room, Die & Mould, Automotive, or Precision Machining industry will be preferred.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling VMC programming and machining requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
