Job Summary
George Maijo Automobiles – Maruti Suzuki NEXA is looking for a professional, customer-friendly, and well-organized Front Line Manager to manage front office operations and ensure a welcoming experience for customers visiting the NEXA showroom.
The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, coordinating and allocating test-drive vehicles, maintaining the reception area, and supporting the smooth functioning of daily showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the NEXA showroom.
- Attend to walk-in customers and coordinate with the concerned Relationship Manager or Sales Executive.
- Maintain a professional, pleasant, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate the allocation and scheduling of test-drive vehicles.
- Maintain proper records of test drives and vehicle availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the smooth handling of customer walk-ins.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department or employee.
- Maintain customer walk-in records and basic enquiry details.
- Ensure that the reception and customer waiting area are properly maintained.
- Assist customers with basic enquiries and provide initial guidance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.
- Support showroom events, customer engagement activities, and promotional programs.
- Maintain daily front office reports and other required records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional presentation.
- Strong customer-service and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
