Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary-
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, and Power Query, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create efficient and scalable data models to support business requirements.
- Develop complex calculations and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Extract, transform, and load data using Power Query.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills-
- Strong experience in Power BI Development.
- Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Hands-on experience with Data Modeling concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
- Experience in Dashboard Development and Data Visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Exposure to Azure-based BI solutions is a plus.
- Microsoft Power BI certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
